This is the full practice, filled with meditation and myth, Movement and Breath, Balance and Stillness. I would suggest this level to someone who already practices, some kind of exercise weekly.

This is a lighter practice, curated for those who are beginners  and want a lighter introduction type of session. We still go through the majority of the practice, just leaving out some of the more difficult postures.

These are group classes held outside as long as its warm. We will give you an update for our winter location. Our next free class is Oct. 5th 9am, we had to postpone our last class of the season (from Sept. 28th). Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve 9AM in Stonecrest, GA.

This is a quick grounding breathing session, to help you calm your nervous system down and get you back centered on your purpose in life and how you want to live. Early Morning and Before Bed are the best times for these sessions, but they can be used as needed throughout the day as well.

In this consultation we will figure out a DIvine 4 Plan catered to your specific desires and dreams for yourself. You will get an action plan and we will work together for the first week to get you accustomed to the flow of YOUR plan. 

This session will be catered to your specific needs and can include chants, sound bowls, alternate nostril breathing, and more. This is all decided at our initial consultation and can be one of the listed forms of meditation, or some other form, not listed here. We are open to receive the very best modality for you.
